Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands across designated markets and provide detailed feedback on customer experience to support service excellence and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Assessment

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
• Evaluate luxury brands across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Share detailed opinions and observations about experiences in luxury retail environments.
• Provide feedback on customer experience and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qatari national status required.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
