QA/QC Inspector

Role Overview

QA/QC Inspector at Retal, a real estate and property development company in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Ensure all construction and finishing work meets rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements through comprehensive inspections, documentation, and collaboration with project teams across all phases of development.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections & Quality Assurance

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections on all construction phases, from structural work through final finishing
• Conduct final walk-throughs and handover inspections before project completion
• Verify compliance with engineering specifications, building codes, and Saudi building regulations

Documentation & Reporting

• Document inspection results, defects, and non-conformances using standardized reporting procedures
• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare quality assurance reports for management review

Coordination & Deficiency Resolution

• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to address deficiencies and ensure timely corrections

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in real estate, construction, or property development
• Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes and international construction standards

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications
• Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Additional Information

• Valid driver's license required
• Willingness to conduct on-site inspections regularly
