Key Responsibilities

Purchasing & Receiving Operations

• Support purchasing and receiving operations to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure efficient stock management.
• Assist with procurement processes and oversee receiving activities.
• Perform quality checks on shipments to verify they meet order specifications, grade, and quality standards.

Supplier Management

• Assist with supplier management to secure competitive pricing.
• Place orders and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.

Invoice Processing

• Review invoices for accuracy.
• Follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment and issue resolution.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with outlet managers to ensure purchases meet operational needs and specifications.

Team Leadership

• Train, schedule, and supervise purchasing and receiving clerks.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure high performance.
