Public Relation Officer.

Role Overview

Public Relations Officer (PRO) at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C in the UAE. This is an experienced role requiring 2–5 years of relevant PRO experience in the UAE government and administrative landscape.

Role Purpose

To manage all government, administrative, and legal compliance matters on behalf of the company, including employee documentation, visa processing, licensing, and liaison with relevant UAE authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Administrative Liaison

• Liaise with government departments and relevant authorities on behalf of the company.
• Manage company-related government transactions and requirements.
• Coordinate with Civil Defence and Hassantuk for company requirements.

Employment & Visa Management

• Handle all employee-related government and administrative matters.
• Process new and renewal of employment visas, including related documentation and procedures.
• Manage labor-related matters and ensure compliance with applicable UAE Labor Law and regulations.

Licensing & Documentation

• Handle Trade License and Tenancy Contract renewals and related formalities.
• Ensure all licenses, permits, visas, and other official documents are renewed on time.
• Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a PRO.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations.
• Good understanding of visa, labour, licensing, and company-related processes.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to independently handle PRO and government-related work.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
