Role Overview
Senior Project Manager at NCR Atleos, located in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role supports the delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives within the Capital portfolio for a major financial institution in KSA.

Role Purpose
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects through an outsourcing engagement. This role drives high-impact projects, coordinates multiple stakeholders, and ensures successful delivery in a complex financial services environment while managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of enterprise-wide projects.
- Ensure project alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Coordinate project activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain effective communication across project participants.
Risk & Issue Management
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Implement mitigation plans as needed.
Governance & Standards
- Ensure adherence to project governance, delivery methodologies, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
- Strong background in banking or financial services.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Additional Information
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous exposure to capital markets, investment banking, asset management, or Capital-related initiatives.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent.
