Role Purpose

Lead and manage high-stakes infrastructure projects from conception through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Drive project success by leading diverse teams across multiple disciplines and contributing to transformative initiatives that shape the future of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of project execution, from conception through completion.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and success criteria.
• Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitoring & Control

• Monitor project performance, track progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify and manage project risks, challenges, and opportunities.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in the construction or engineering sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
• Experience with large-scale hospitality and mixed-use projects.
