Project Manager

Role Overview

Project Manager at ABIS. The role involves leading and overseeing projects from initiation to completion, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Role Purpose

To plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while managing resources, coordinating teams, and mitigating risks to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution

• Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Oversee project documentation, ensuring all processes and deliverables are accurately recorded.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Coordinate and mobilize cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in project management.

Risk & Performance Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, JIRA).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
