Project Manager

Role Overview

Project Manager at Retal. This role oversees real estate development and property management initiatives across the company's portfolio.

Role Purpose

Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Budgeting

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and adjust resources as needed.

Operations & Quality

• Manage day-to-day project operations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Communicate updates to senior management and clients.

Risk & Compliance

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes and local regulatory requirements.

Reporting

• Prepare regular status reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
