Role Overview

Project Manager – Sports Facilities (Expression of Interest) with JASARA PMC, based in Riyadh. This role will lead and oversee the rehabilitation and development of sports facilities, partnering with a reputable institution to deliver high-profile sports and recreational facilities.

Role Purpose

To lead and oversee the rehabilitation and development of sports facilities project, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Plan, manage, and monitor the rehabilitation and development of sports facilities project, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within sports facilities project delivery.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction professionals.
• Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to understand and fulfill project requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams.

Risk & Compliance

• Monitor project risks and challenges, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards and local regulations.

Reporting

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on sports facilities or related infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of sports facility design, construction processes, and relevant standards.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and quality management in construction projects.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
