Role Purpose

Manage the day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations while leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining compliance with all contractual, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Manage day-to-day delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and performance indicators to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review and monitor contractor progress, performance, and compliance with approved methodologies and plans.

Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction supervision, engineering, commercial, and project controls personnel.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and key performance metrics to senior management and clients.

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in infrastructure project delivery, including significant experience in construction supervision and project management roles.
• Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, transportation, water, or related sectors.
• Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable.
• GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction supervision practices, contract administration, and project controls.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
