Role Purpose

Plan, coordinate, and manage joinery projects from design through installation, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and client requirements while maintaining quality and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and manage joinery projects from design to installation.
• Prepare material take-offs, technical submissions, and project schedules.
• Coordinate site measurements, deliveries, installation, and handover.

Design & Documentation Review

• Review shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain project documentation.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, production, and site teams.

Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Monitor production, quality, costs, and project progress.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Issue Resolution & Reporting

• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports.
