Role Purpose

Lead Nova's high-end villa and residential projects through the full lifecycle—from delivery planning and design coordination through construction, quality assurance, safety management, and handover. Represent the company at executive level, ensure premium-grade delivery, and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve on-time, on-budget, high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Lead project strategy, planning, resource allocation, and execution.
• Oversee all project phases: pre-construction, construction, testing and commissioning, and handover.

Design & Technical Coordination

• Lead design coordination across architecture, structural, MEP, façade, and interiors.
• Resolve major technical challenges, design conflicts, and site escalations.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure world-class quality, safety, compliance, and craftsmanship standards.

Commercial & Cost Control

• Oversee project budgets, procurement strategies, cost control, and commercial issues.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage client, consultant, and authority relationships.
• Conduct executive-level meetings.

Team Leadership

• Mentor Project Managers and discipline leads.
• Build high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• 20+ years' construction experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven delivery of luxury villas, high-rise towers, or major UAE/GCC projects.
• Strong technical background in structures, MEP coordination, façade, and interiors.
• Expertise in project controls, budgeting, and contract administration (FIDIC).
• Experience dealing with VIP clients and high-spec design requirements.
• Master's degree, PMP, or RICS is an advantage.
