Project Controls Manager

Role Overview

Rider Levett Bucknall is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of a major mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Deliver project controls oversight for a high-end mixed-use portfolio of projects on a single master plan in Riyadh, KSA, comprising leisure and entertainment, residential, and infrastructure assets, while contributing to the team's ongoing success by identifying and pursuing new business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Controls

• Lead project controls activities for a major mixed-use development portfolio.
• Support the successful delivery of projects on a master plan basis.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience employed as a Project Controls Manager.
• Background with a tier-1 Project Management Consultant (PMC) is essential.
• Proven tact and diplomacy in dealings with client organizations in the Middle East is essential.

Additional Information

• Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• This commission will require a 6-day workweek.
