Project Control Manager

Role Overview

Project Control Manager at ABIS, responsible for planning, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, and project performance reporting across EPC projects, ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost and schedule baselines.

Role Purpose

Manage all project control functions across EPC projects, including schedule development, cost tracking, performance measurement, and variance analysis to ensure projects stay within approved baselines and deliver on time and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Planning

• Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline and updates).
• Assist in project forecasting and completion estimates.

Cost Control & Budget Management

• Manage project cost control systems and budget tracking.
• Support change order and variation cost analysis.
• Monitor earned value management (EVM) metrics.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

• Prepare project performance reports covering cost, schedule, and progress.
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations.
• Prepare client and internal project reporting dashboards.

Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Ensure alignment of project controls with contract requirements.

Risk & Analysis Support

• Support risk analysis and mitigation planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in project controls within EPC projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
