Project Control Manager

Role Overview

Project Control Manager at JASARA PMC. This role leads project management initiatives within a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing all aspects of project controls to deliver projects on time and within budget while aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.

Role Purpose

Utilize expertise in project controls to ensure meticulous planning, monitoring, and control processes are applied across the project portfolio. Your efforts will directly contribute to successful project realization through collaborative stakeholder engagement and effective progress communication.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Framework Development

• Lead the development and implementation of project controls strategies and methodologies.
• Establish project baselines and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.

Monitoring & Performance Management

• Continuously monitor project performance, preparing detailed reports to communicate updates and concerns to stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize project delivery.

Risk Management

• Assess project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate identified threats.

Team Leadership & Development

• Work closely with project teams to streamline processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior project control staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Demonstrate leadership abilities and experience managing project teams.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project controls or project management in the engineering and construction industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
