Role Overview
Project Control Engineer at Egis Group, serving the Middle East region. This role is open to Saudi Nationals.

Role Purpose
Track and control project costs, budgets, and financial performance. Analyze variances, prepare forecasts, and support project managers in identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects remain on budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Tracking & Analysis
- Track project costs and analyze variances against approved budgets.
- Prepare and maintain Budget at Completion (BAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Prepare cost forecasts, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor project progress and financial performance.
- Apply Earned Value Management principles and track key performance indicators.
Project Support
- Support project managers in identifying cost risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Support monthly project reviews and financial closing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project controls and cost management.
- Experience in project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- PMP certification is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project controls/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, or ERP systems is an advantage.
