JASARA PMC is seeking a senior professional for a high-impact leadership role on a landmark mega development project in Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

Serve as a strategic interface between client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders, driving alignment, visibility, governance, and informed decision-making at the highest level. This role is centered on executive-level oversight rather than day-to-day operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Interface & Governance

• Serve as a strategic interface between the client, executive leadership, and project stakeholders
• Lead high-level programme governance, reporting, and performance oversight
• Ensure alignment between programme objectives, delivery strategy, and business priorities

Executive Reporting & Insights

• Provide executive-level insights on programme progress, risks, opportunities, and critical decisions
• Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely reporting and analysis

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client representatives and key stakeholders
• Drive strategic communication across multidisciplinary teams and leadership groups

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 20 years of experience in programme and project management within the hospitality sector
• Proven experience as a Programme Director or in a senior leadership role on major development programmes
• Extensive background in mega or giga projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably PIF-backed projects
• Strong experience in client management, strategic reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to PMC, developer, or client-side environments
