Role Purpose

As a Technical Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers and converting inquiries into the right technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Solution Management

• Convert customer and reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
• Meet with end-users to better understand their requirements.
• Generate Bills of Materials and design solution blocks in collaboration with hardware and software vendors.

Demonstrations & Training

• Conduct demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
• Arrange and conduct technical training for partners and customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of presales experience.
• Gulf and Cyber Security experience.

• Enthusiasm and a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively.
