Role Purpose

Maintain production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion lines and ensure production plans are completed within the planned timeframe while upholding quality standards and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Maintain production flow for polycarbonate solid sheet extrusion line.
• Ensure production plans are completed within the planned timeframe.
• Check production output according to specifications.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure quality of products produced is maintained in accordance with the Quality Plan.

Team Leadership

• Manage up to 20+ employees.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Communicate objectives to employees.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Production or relevant field.
• Prior experience with extrusion lines.

Skills & Competencies

• Sound knowledge of sheet extrusion molding machine process.
• Ability to manage multiple team members.
