Production Manger

Role Overview

The Production Team is seeking an experienced and organized Production Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and onsite delivery of events and productions.

Role Purpose

The Production Manager will manage suppliers, schedules, venue requirements, and production teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-production through show delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordination & Logistics

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, crew, and production partners to ensure all requirements are delivered on time.
• Coordinate crew movements, supplier arrivals, deliveries, and onsite logistics.
• Liaise with venues regarding venue paperwork, access, permits, loading/unloading, and operational requirements.

Schedule & Documentation

• Create and manage production schedules, timelines, and call sheets.
• Prepare and coordinate Run of Show (ROS) and ensure all teams are aligned with the programme.
• Support the team with general production administration and documentation.

Onsite Delivery & Operations

• Oversee onsite production delivery, ensuring setup, rehearsals, show operations, and breakdown run smoothly.
• Monitor production requirements and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure production activities are delivered safely, professionally, and within agreed timelines.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with clients, suppliers, venue teams, and internal departments throughout the project.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in events and productions.

Skills & Competencies

• Confident in managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Highly organized with strong planning and coordination abilities.
• Capable of managing tight schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Problem-solving and issue resolution skills.
