Role Overview

Production Kitchen – Bakery & Pastry role at Al Gahwa Al Arabiya, located in the UAE.

Role Purpose

Produce high-quality bakery and pastry products in a fast-paced production kitchen environment while maintaining consistent quality standards and food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Preparation

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, doughs, and other bakery products.
• Execute baking techniques and follow established recipes and production methods.
• Maintain consistent product quality and production standards.

Quality & Safety

• Uphold strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Enforce portion control and quality assurance protocols.

Operations

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen environment.
• Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Present finished products to specification.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in bakery and pastry production.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge and expertise in bakery and pastry preparation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, production methods, and presentation.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality, and portion control.
• Ability to maintain consistent product quality and production standards.
• Planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen.
