Product Specialist - Aesthetic Medical Device - Dubai

Role Overview

Product Specialist - Aesthetic Medical Device based in Dubai with Imdad.

Role Purpose

Promote and sell aesthetic medical devices to new and existing customers through regular visits, conduct in-service training, support after-sales functions, and maintain strong customer relationships while providing detailed product information and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Perform consultative sales methods to prospect clients, identify or create need for Imdad products, and apply successful negotiation and sales closure techniques.
• Schedule appointments and meet existing and new customers to promote Imdad products and determine additional opportunities.
• Continuously update all customers on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships with key decision makers, doctors, and key customer personnel, always working toward enhancing relations and generating new client business accounts.

Product Demonstrations & Information

• Perform professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services at customer sites using company sales aids and marketing data effectively.
• Provide detailed information on various products, programs, or services offered by the company versus those offered by competitors.

Customer & Account Management

• Provide adequate information about new prospects and clients, including ownership details, working physicians, relevant client equipment, and status.
• Update customer database with proper contact details, email addresses, and contact numbers.
• Assist in following up on accounts receivable for sales accounts under your responsibility.

Training & Support

• Conduct in-service training as part of after-sales support functions.

Reporting & Compliance

• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor activities and events, and competitor pricing changes in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering, or any scientifically related degree.
• 2-3 years' experience in aesthetic medical devices in UAE.
• Valid driving license and access to a car.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (required).
• Effective time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
