Product Quality Controller

Role Overview

Product Quality Controller at RAK Real Estate, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Role Purpose

Monitor and coordinate maintenance quality and tenant satisfaction by receiving complaints, conducting inspections, managing maintenance workflows, and overseeing watchmen performance.

Key Responsibilities

Complaint Management

• Receive maintenance complaints from tenants and watchmen.
• Raise reported issues with the maintenance team and contractors.

Site Inspections & Coordination

• Conduct on-site inspections and site visits as required.
• Coordinate required maintenance works with contractors and teams.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare Claim IDs for maintenance-related works.
• Submit maintenance status updates and monthly reports.

Performance Oversight

• Monitor watchmen-related performance and training progress.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Technical knowledge of facilities management.
• Customer relations work experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Arabic and English language proficiency.
• System and mail software knowledge.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Additional Information

• Contract Duration: 3 months.
• Visa: Candidate must have their own visa.
• Working Arrangement: On-site and office-based.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day plus 1-hour break.
• Salary: AED 3,000.
