Role Purpose

Serve as a strategic product leader who understands the not-for-profit business environment, interprets organizational policies, and leverages data insights to inform decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Business Environment & Governance

• Understand the not-for-profit business environment and organizational objectives.
• Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.

Communications & Stakeholder Management

• Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.

Data & Reporting

• Monitor and collect raw data from various sources.
• Interpret and analyze data results.
• Create reports to assist the decision-making process across various aspects of work at Napco National.
