Product Engineer

Role Overview

Product Engineer at Sarj.ai, based in KSA. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand client requirements, design and build tailored solutions, and bring them to life using Sarj AI's products and capabilities.

Role Purpose

Own the solution journey end to end — from understanding the client's needs and proposing the right approach, to building, integrating, demonstrating, iterating, and handing over the solution to the team after signing.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Requirements

• Partner with Sales to understand client requirements and desired outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering when deeper technical input or product capabilities are needed.
• Prepare and deliver client demos, answering product, technical, and scope-related questions.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting solutions.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Propose how Sarj AI can address client needs and translate requirements into practical, creative solutions.
• Design, build, and integrate tailored solutions using Sarj AI products and technologies.
• Gather feedback and iterate on solutions based on client requirements.
• Hand over signed projects with the relevant solution details and requirements.

Building & Development

• Build websites and lightweight tools using modern AI-assisted and vibe-coding approaches.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or startup environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, with fluency in the Saudi dialect.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to building solutions.
• Ability to take ownership of projects end to end.
• Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies.

Additional Information

• Experience with APIs, integrations, or low-code/no-code tools.
• Building prototypes, websites, or internal tools using AI-assisted coding.
• Solutions, consulting, pre-sales, or other client-facing technical roles.
