Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Develop creative gift and product concepts including boxes, bouquets, and bundles.
• Design products for different occasions including weddings, birthdays, and holidays.
• Prepare samples and prototypes for new product launches.

Market & Trend Analysis

• Research market trends and apply them to new product ideas.

Quality & Collaboration

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and execution.
• Select materials, packaging, and accessories aligned with brand standards.

Continuous Improvement

• Improve existing products based on customer feedback and sales performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in product development, floral design, or gifting industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative and visual design sense.
• Knowledge of color theory and packaging design.
