Role Purpose

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment throughout the hotel to ensure safe, efficient operation and compliance with safety standards. Respond promptly to guest and team member work orders and emergency requests to minimize disruption and maintain facility integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Fit and maintain toilets, sinks, baths, and appliances to ensure proper function.
• Collaborate with contractors to assist with the fitting of bathrooms and plumbing for new or renovated spaces.

Service Response and Support

• Respond quickly to guest and team member work orders and emergency requests related to plumbing issues.

Inspections and Compliance

• Perform daily checks and address unsafe plumbing situations.
• Ensure all systems comply with safety standards.

Safety and Training

• Oversee monthly safety inspections.
• Ensure staff are trained on plumbing safety protocols.
