Role Purpose

Develop, monitor, and control project schedules for road and infrastructure works to ensure timely execution through detailed planning, resource forecasting, and schedule analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Development & Planning

• Develop project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Prepare detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) aligned with project scope.
• Integrate cost, resources, and productivity in schedule forecasts.

Schedule Monitoring & Analysis

• Track progress, update schedules, and identify variances.
• Perform critical path analysis and propose mitigation plans.
• Support delay analysis, EOT claims, and recovery schedules.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with site teams to gather actual progress and constraints.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards.
• Participate in project review and coordination meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 15 years of planning experience in road, highway, or infrastructure projects.

• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Proficient in project control tools.
