Role Overview

Planning Manager at Dentsu (Carat), Dubai. Full-time, permanent position.

Role Purpose

Manage a team of media planners and support the Account Director on a day-to-day basis to ensure teams deliver plans that meet client objectives while balancing agency trading objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Manage team members to deliver individual personal growth targets.
• Oversee output from the team, providing quality control on all documents produced.
• Ensure each team member fully understands and can deliver against client key performance indicators and targets.

Client & Business Alignment

• Understand the trading implications of planning decisions to ensure agency and client objectives are delivered.
• Support the Account Director to ensure client and business priorities are filtered through to the team.

Leadership

• Manage upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely.
