Role Purpose
As Planning Manager, you will shape project delivery through strong planning leadership, schedule oversight, and close collaboration across multiple stakeholders. This role is central to helping teams maintain momentum, anticipate challenges early, and provide clear visibility to leadership on progress across major housing and infrastructure programs.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development and Management
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across housing and infrastructure workstreams.
- Manage baseline schedule development and preparation of lookaheads.
Monitoring and Risk Management
- Monitor planning progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation actions.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare schedule recovery plans.
- Track risk and mitigation actions.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to align milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project directors, engineering and construction teams, and client-side representatives.
Reporting and Leadership Communication
- Prepare progress reports, lookaheads, and schedule recovery plans for leadership review.
- Provide clear visibility to leadership on progress across major programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
- 15 years of planning or project scheduling experience.
- Strong experience using Primavera P6 for complex project scheduling and reporting.
- Experience with baseline schedule management, preparing lookaheads, delay analysis, earned value management, and recovery planning.
- Proven ability to coordinate with project directors, engineering and construction teams, client-side representatives, and leadership reviewing progress and recovery plans.
- Experience on residential or large-scale housing development projects, including villas and residential buildings, is a plus.
- Experience with risk and mitigation tracking is a plus.
