Role Purpose

To support schedule development, progress monitoring, and performance reporting for high-end residential projects. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays, and providing accurate planning insights to ensure projects are delivered on time and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), activity sequencing, resource loading, S-curves, and histograms.
• Prepare 2-week, 4-week, and 6-week look-ahead programs.

Progress Monitoring & Analysis

• Update schedules weekly and monthly.
• Analyze progress versus plan.
• Identify variances and assess critical path impacts.
• Monitor engineering, procurement, and authority approvals against schedule needs.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare planning reports and dashboards.
• Maintain delay and change event registers.
• Support Time Impact Analysis (TIA).
• Support Extension of Time (EOT) submissions with schedules and as-built data.
• Maintain planning documentation, revisions, and as-built records.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate closely with site teams, engineering, procurement, quality assurance/quality control, health, safety and environment (HSE), and subcontractors.
• Review subcontractor schedules for alignment with the master plan.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience as a Planning Engineer (UAE experience preferred).
• Proven experience on high-end residential, villa, or mixed-use projects.
• Primavera P6 Certification (required).
• PSP® (AACE) certification (preferred).
• PMP® certification (advantage).
• TIA/Delay Analysis training (advantage).

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and progress measurement.
