Role Purpose
Develop and maintain preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans on a weekly and monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument, and general services maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment and plant availability.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.
- Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Resource Management
- Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
- Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP's equipment, plants and utilities availability.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
Performance Management
- Assist in preparing, developing and measuring contractor's Key Performance Indicators.
Systems & Tools
- Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules.
- Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.
- Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with High School education.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with Diploma.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
