Role Overview
Planner at Archirodon Group N.V, a leading international Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractor. The position is based on one of the company's projects in Kuwait.

Role Purpose
To support the Sr. Planner in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules and performance metrics, ensuring adherence to the contract baseline schedule and identifying deviations requiring corrective action across all project phases and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule Development & Updates
- Participate in the preparation of the Contract Baseline Schedule and/or Revised Schedules in coordination with the Sr. Planner.
- Prepare regular schedule updates and progress update monitoring sheets for the various project phases and disciplines to enable periodic project schedule updates.
Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and update periodically the Progress Performance Curves and Key Performance Indicators in coordination with the Sr. Planner to monitor project performance.
- Highlight to project management any deviation in the plan (out of sequence) and implement required corrective actions.
Reporting & Documentation
- Liaise with and assist the Sr. Planner in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper project planning records.
- Support budget preparation activities.
General Duties
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in EPC projects with ADNOC (or equivalent) is highly preferable.
- Involvement in Engineering and Procurement is essential.
- Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.
- Strong experience in the Construction Phase.
