Role Purpose

Ensure optimal pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services and maintaining professional standards across the branch.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Management

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff management.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and legal requirements.
• Monitor quality standards and patient safety protocols.

Clinical Services

• Dispense medications accurately and safely to patients.
• Provide pharmaceutical advice and counseling to customers.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.

Staff & Training

• Supervise and train pharmacy staff and support personnel.
• Ensure staff adherence to standard operating procedures.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate patient and prescription records.
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Master of Pharmacy degree.
• Valid pharmacy license and registration.
• Relevant pharmacy practice experience.
