Performance Manager

Role Overview

Performance Manager at Dentsu (Carat), based in Riyadh. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Role Purpose

Oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, manage a team of executives, and ensure the delivery of campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs through strong leadership, deep digital channel expertise, and the ability to translate client objectives into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns.
• Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and performance marketing innovations.

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives.

Client Relationship Management

• Own client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for performance strategy and delivery.
• Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and business reviews.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor account health, revenue pacing, and ROI delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, ad ops, programmatic, data science) for integrated solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently.

Skills & Competencies

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Deep understanding of digital channels (search, social, programmatic, e-commerce).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
