Parade Spotter

Role Overview

Parade Spotter at The Production Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an event-based temporary contract role reporting to the Stage Manager.

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of a large-scale project by ensuring the smooth movement, positioning, safety, and coordination of parade participants, performers, vehicles, and props throughout rehearsals and live event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Parade Coordination & Positioning

• Monitor the movement and positioning of parade performers, delegations, vehicles, and production elements along the parade route.
• Ensure participants are in the correct locations and prepared for cue timings.
• Observe and verify parade formations and transitions throughout the ceremony.

Operations & Support

• Assist with participant marshalling, crowd flow, and backstage coordination.
• Support rehearsals and live event operations, ensuring all movements are executed according to the event plan.
• Work closely with event operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Safety & Communication

• Follow health, safety, and emergency procedures at all times.
• Maintain radio communication and provide real-time updates to supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in events, live productions, ceremonies, sports events, festivals, or large-scale activations is preferred.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Additional Information

• Employment Type: Event-based temporary contract.
