Key Responsibilities

Preparation and Application

• Prepare and apply finishes by painting and polishing surfaces in hotel rooms and public areas to meet required standards and timelines.

Installation and Maintenance

• Install and repair wall and ceiling coverings using materials such as vinyl, fabric, and foil.
• Maintain caulked, grouted, wooden, and masonry surfaces using stain, varnish, and lacquer.

Tools and Equipment

• Maintain all painting tools, equipment, and work areas in excellent working condition.

Supply Management

• Oversee supply inventory.
• Ensure all paints and solvents are stored safely and properly.
