Role Purpose

To support overall outlet operations in a Food & Beverage venue, delivering and maintaining guest satisfaction and business results while supervising operations efficiently in accordance with the established F&B concept and hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service

• Supervise the daily operation of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet to ensure efficient and seamless service.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with brand and hotel operating procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational priorities with the team.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the Outlet Manager in scheduling, training, performance management, and team development.
• Assign responsibilities to team members and periodically check their performance.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment.

Guest Satisfaction & Relations

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction in your F&B venue of responsibility.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Standards, Safety & Hygiene

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and food handling standards are maintained at all times.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor stock levels, coordinate requisitions, and minimize waste through effective inventory control.

Revenue & Performance

• Drive upselling initiatives and support the achievement of revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Maximize profitability through efficient outlet operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Additional language is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
