Role Purpose

You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or system following autonomous maintenance standards, using technical skills to improve line and system performance to meet business needs. You are a key contributor to changing how the world snacks.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Execute all standard work processes using autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance standards (PM).
• Ensure safety processes are observed.
• Perform quality assurance activities.

Maintenance & Improvement

• Take an active role in shutdown maintenance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on equipment or process failures.
• Perform stops, reductions, loss analysis.
• Drive breakdown elimination initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience and knowledge in machine operations and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
• Reading and writing proficiency in the communication language appropriate to the site.
• Understanding of Total Productive Maintenance tools and methodologies (distinct advantage).
