Role Overview

Operator position at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Monitor asset condition and status using real-time data and indicators to optimize maintenance resource allocation, minimize downtime and cost, and maintain asset efficiency while adhering to occupational health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Asset Management

• Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators and real-time condition data.
• Prioritize and optimize Napco's maintenance resources to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in Napco's maintenance practices.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and standards and procedures set forth by Napco.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans, property, and prevent market losses.

Communication

• Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma degree.
• Experience: 0–2 years.
