Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

• Monitor daily clinic operations and workflow.
• Manage clinic scheduling, patient flow, and capacity planning.
• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Staff Management

• Supervise clinic staff and support personnel.
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance.

Quality & Compliance

• Maintain clinical standards and safety protocols.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements.
• Monitor quality of patient care and services.

Financial Management

• Manage clinic budget and expenses.
• Monitor revenue and billing procedures.
• Control costs while maintaining service quality.

Patient Care & Experience

• Oversee patient satisfaction and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure patient safety and rights are protected.
• Facilitate patient communication and complaint resolution.

Qualifications & Experience
