Key Responsibilities

Transaction Processing & Scrutiny

• Review and scrutinize transactions related to outward payments, inward payments, clearing, and collections.
• Process payroll transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Handle cash management transactions.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and irregularities.
• Perform reconciliation across payment channels.
• Process and manage post-dated cheques (PDC) area activities.

Service Delivery & Compliance

• Deliver value-added services to support payment operations.
• Ensure all transactions are processed within established turnaround times.
• Maintain compliance with operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
