To drive property sales and client relationships in Dubai's fast-paced real estate market by qualifying prospects, arranging viewings, negotiating deals, and building long-term client connections.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Qualification

• Conduct daily calls to prospects and clients
• Qualify clients and identify their property needs
• Arrange property viewings and follow-up

Sales & Negotiation

• Negotiate property deals in the fast-paced Dubai real estate market
• List properties on the company CRM

Relationship Management

• Build relationships with clients
• Continuously stay up to date on market developments

Qualifications & Experience

• No specific experience necessary
• Valid driver's license required
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Background in customer service, business development, retail, public services, professional sports, or trades is beneficial but not required
