Role Purpose

Source and engage potential landlords and sellers, generate listings, understand client needs, and match them with appropriate leasing solutions while building lasting client relationships and staying current with market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Call potential landlords and sellers daily
• Network with landlords, sellers, buyers, and tenants
• Build trust through clear, consistent communication

Property Management & Listings

• Take photographs and write listings for property portals
• Understand client needs and match them with the right leasing solutions

Market & Knowledge Management

• Stay on top of market trends

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong background in sales or client-facing roles
• Fluent English
• Valid driving license
