OCN Monitor/Escort at Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas position supporting operations in austere environments.

Role Purpose
Escort and monitor uncleared Local National and Other Country National (LN/OCN) personnel entering restricted areas, ensuring compliance with security protocols, maintaining personnel accountability, and providing for the safety and welfare of all escorted personnel and oneself.
Key Responsibilities
Escorting & Access Control
- Perform a wide range of Local National and Other Country National escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facilities after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges.
- Brief LN/OCN personnel on rules and procedures.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items, including weapons and drugs.
Safety & Security
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and respond properly to any situation that may occur.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
Administrative & Operational
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
- Notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport (preferred).
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report.
- Able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
