Role Overview
OCN Monitor/Escort position with Intrepid Global Solutions. The role involves escorting uncleared Local National and Other Country National personnel into designated areas and monitoring their activities while performing work duties.

Role Purpose
To provide security escort and monitoring services for Local National and Other Country National contractors working on base, ensuring compliance with entry procedures, safety protocols, and force protection requirements while maintaining situational awareness and responding appropriately to potential threats or security concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Personnel Management & Escort Operations
- Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges.
- Provide briefing on rules and procedures to all LN/OCN personnel.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LNs/OCNs have exited base or returned to camps.
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items, including weapons, drugs, or other restricted materials.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and prepare to properly respond to any situation that may occur.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments from LN/OCNs.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
Safety & Welfare
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel.
- Evacuate to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport preferred.
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report.
- Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.

- Travel: 100% deployed overseas.
- Security Clearance: NACI/Public Trust required.
