OCN Monitor/Escort position with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas role supporting operations in austere environments.

Role Purpose
Escort and monitor uncleared Local National and Other Country National (LN/OCN) personnel into restricted areas, ensure compliance with security protocols and safety procedures, maintain accountability of all personnel and vehicles, and provide force protection oversight throughout their time on base.
Key Responsibilities
Escort Operations
- Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges.
- Provide briefings on rules and procedures to LN/OCN personnel.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
Security & Threat Management
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items such as weapons or drugs.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and prepare to properly respond to any situation that may occur.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, including evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
Accountability & Reporting
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
Site Management
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport preferred.
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report.
- Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
