Role Overview
OCN Monitor/Escort position with Intrepid Global Solutions. This is a 100% deployed overseas role escorting un-cleared Local National and Other Country National personnel on base.

Role Purpose
To escort un-cleared Local National and Other Country National personnel into designated work areas, maintain continuous monitoring and accountability of all escorted personnel and vehicles, and ensure compliance with security protocols and force protection procedures while safeguarding the welfare of escorted personnel and the operational security of the base.
Key Responsibilities
Escorting and Accountability
- Perform a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
- Make contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive exchange badges.
- Provide briefings on rules and procedures to all escorted personnel.
- Escort LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel, and all personnel have exited base or returned to camps.
- Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors.
- Count personnel before and after they perform duties.
- Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of the number of people and vehicles being escorted.
Security and Contraband Control
- Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring prohibited or contraband items onto the base, including weapons and drugs.
- Maintain an alert state of readiness and respond properly to any situation that may occur.
- Alert appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
Safety and Welfare
- Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel, including evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
Operations and Standards
- Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- US Citizenship required.
- Valid US Passport (preferred).
- Valid US Driver's License with good driving report.
- Ability to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa at host nation.
- Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Ability to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
