Night Club Manager

Role Overview

Night Club Manager at TGP International. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff efficiently, and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and service.

Role Purpose

Oversee all food and beverage operations within the nightlife venue, driving operational excellence, staff performance, and revenue growth across bar service, kitchen coordination, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including bar service, kitchen coordination, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement creative F&B strategies that align with the club's brand and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute promotions, special events, and themed nights.

Finance & Procurement

• Monitor and control costs, including labour, food, and beverage expenses, to maximize profitability.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to obtain the best prices and quality.

Staff Management

• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of F&B staff to ensure high service standards.

Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably in a nightclub, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
