Role Purpose

Support the Network Optimization unit in identifying and executing revenue-maximizing opportunities through analytical and data mining techniques. Develop, document, and measure the impact of network optimization and Revenue Management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

• Support the development and execution of strategies devised by network optimization teams.
• Review network constrained and unconstrained demand from PROS and propose capacity shifts.

Analysis & Insights

• Summarize and visualize results to highlight insights and opportunities.
• Conduct analytical and business analysis work using segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, or web analytics techniques.

Documentation & Measurement

• Document all ad-hoc and structural network capacity changes.
• Measure revenue results for all network capacity changes.

Operations & Coordination

• Monitor the build on new frequencies and routes and update the network team.
• Coordinate internally to obtain capacity restrictions and ensure RMS is updated on a timely basis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3 years of working experience in a complex, numerate, and analytical environment.
• Experience within the airline industry preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in at least 2 of the following query tools: SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least 2 of the following: segmentation, regression analysis, clustering, forecasting, web analytics.
